myfreightcareer is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and a Group Training Organisation(GTO) established specifically for the Import /Export, International Trade Logistics, Freight Forwarding (Air and Sea), Road/Rail Transport, Shipping and Aviation industries.
We offer a "one-stop-shop" for companies wanting to employ junior and entry-level staff, with the added benefit of a structured and nationally recognised training program. In some cases, existing employees may also qualify for a traineeship.
In our capacity as an RTO, we are registered with various State training authorities to deliver, assess and issue qualifications and statements of attainment for training programs approved by the Department of Education and Training (DET). Trainees study and qualify in industry specific modules selected from the Transport and Distribution , Transport and Logistics and Business Administration training packages.
As a GTC, myfreightcareer signs and holds the indentures for the trainee, making us the common law employer. Traineeships in Victoria are provided with the assistance of funds made available by the government of Victoria.

Your choice of trainee, training modules and training outcomes, up to AQF Certificate Level IV. Your trainees are individually case managed and can be employed by your company at the conclusion of the traineeship. This means that training delivered by MFC and your company during the traineeship period is a retained investment.
As a host company, you will need to meet OH & S requirements and allow access for our trainers to deliver the "on-the-job" training and assessment. MFC takes responsibility for everything else.
Each trainee receives personal manuals and learners guides. The guides outline the competency standard needed to complete each module and our training staff coach and mentor the trainee on industry specific practical applications.
