Current Employee Training Program

In its’ capacity as a Registered Training Organisation, myfreightcareer provides support to organisations wishing to engage their current employees in formal training through federal government accredited training programs

As an International Trade industry specialist, myfreightcareer promotes the following program as the most suitable for employees holding administrative positions:

Part-time participant – Current employee Target Duration:

Up to 2 years for a Cert III 3 years for a Cert IV Qualification:

AQF Certificate Level III or AQF Certificate Level IV

Flexibility in choosing course content depending on the specific role or roles of the trainee is available.

The key points in the establishment of the training program are:

The host company maintains employment of the person being trained

The host company signs the indenture contract with the Federal Government, facilitating the receipt of funding for the cost of the training

The host company appoints a Registered Training Company (RTO) to conduct the training

The RTO invoices the host company for training services, which are invoiced upon completion of each training session, and is subject to GST

Host company may be eligible to receives funding directly from the Government

Your staff receive industry specific training which is in effect COST NEUTRAL .
